අපි #onebillionrising2025 සැමරුවේ ඇදහිය නොහැකි නිදහස් වෙළඳ කලාප සේවකයින් සමඟ, ඔවුන්ගේ විස්මිත දරුවන් කෙරෙහි විශේෂ අවධානයක් යොමු කරමිනි. ඔවුන්ගේ සිනහව, ප්‍රීතිය සහ සිහින උත්සවය ආලෝකවත් කළ අතර, අපි නිදහස, සමානාත්මතාවය සහ වඩා හොඳ හෙටක් සඳහා නැගී සිටින්නේ මන්දැයි අපට මතක් කර දුන්නේය!

මෙම උත්සවය නිදහස් වෙළඳ කලාපය පුරා පවුල් එකට එක් කළ අතර, කම්කරුවන්ට සහ ඔවුන්ගේ දරුවන්ට ඔවුන්ගේ ශක්තිය සහ ඔරොත්තු දීමේ හැකියාව එකට සැමරීමට හැකි බලවත් ප්‍රජා මොහොතක් නිර්මාණය කළේය. දරුවන්ගේ රංගනයන්, කලා කෘති සහ උද්යෝගිමත් සහභාගීත්වය අපගේ උපදේශන කාර්යයට සංවේදී මානයක් එක් කළේය.

නර්තනය, කලාව සහ කතන්දර කීම තුළින්, අපි ඔවුන්ගේ දෙමාපියන්ගේ වැදගත් කාර්යය මෙම දරුවන් නියෝජනය කරන පොරොන්දු වූ අනාගතයට සම්බන්ධ කළෙමු. සෑම සිනහවකින් යුත් මුහුණක්ම සැමට ගෞරවය, සාධාරණ සැලකීම සහ අවස්ථාව ලබා ගත හැකි සේවා ස්ථාන සහ ප්‍රජාවන් නිර්මාණය කිරීම සඳහා අපගේ කැපවීම ශක්තිමත් කළේය.

One Billion Rising ස්ත්‍රී පුරුෂ භාවය මත පදනම් වූ ප්‍රචණ්ඩත්වය සහ අසමානතාවයට එරෙහිව ක්‍රියා කිරීමට ගෝලීය කැඳවීමක් ලෙස දිගටම පවතී. සේවකයින්ගේ සහ ඔවුන්ගේ පවුල්වල හඬවල් සහ අත්දැකීම් කේන්ද්‍රගත කිරීමෙන්, අපගේ අරගලවල අන්තර් සම්බන්ධිත ස්වභාවය සහ අපගේ බලාපොරොත්තු ඉස්මතු කරමු.
එක්ව, අපි අප වෙනුවෙන් පමණක් නොව, වඩාත් සාධාරණ හා සාධාරණ ලෝකයක් උරුම කර ගැනීමට සුදුසු ඊළඟ පරම්පරාව සඳහා නැගී සිටිමු.

We celebrated #onebillionrising2025 with the incredible Free Trade Zone workers, putting a special spotlight on their amazing kids. Their laughter, joy, and dreams lit up the event, reminding us why we rise for freedom, equality, and a better tomorrow!

The event brought together families from across the Free Trade Zone, creating a powerful community moment where workers and their children could celebrate their strength and resilience together. The children’s performances, artwork, and enthusiastic participation added a touching dimension to our advocacy work.

Through dance, art, and storytelling, we connected the important work of their parents to the promising futures these children represent. Each smiling face reinforced our commitment to creating workplaces and communities where dignity, fair treatment, and opportunity are available to all.

One Billion Rising continues to be a global call to action against gender-based violence and inequality. By centering the voices and experiences of workers and their families, we highlight the interconnected nature of our struggles and our hopes.

Together, we rise not just for ourselves, but for the next generation who deserve to inherit a more just and equitable world.
