Training of Trainers (TOT) program for FTZ workers at Katunayaka, Biyagama, and Koggala, focusing on labor rights and human rights. The training aimed to equip workers with the knowledge and skills to become advocates for their own rights, understand legal protections, and raise awareness about fair working conditions.

By empowering these workers to become trainers, we are fostering a strong network of peer educators who can help amplify the voices of FTZ workers and drive positive change in their communities.
